Once you find the perfect sunglasses shape you will never look back. From a classic Ray Ban Wayfarer to an iconic aviator, some shapes never go out of style, and I have been wearing my favourite pairs for years. Still haven’t met your match? Now is the season! While some people believe that you should choose your sunglasses according to your face shape, personally I think that there are no rules when it comes to expressing your style! Oversized shades tend to suit everyone, and classic aviator styles are flattering on almost all face shapes.

What’s Trending?
Not everyone wants a classic style. If you’re looking for a statement style, this season’s catwalks featured geometric shapes, exaggerated cat-eye silhouettes, and the use of unexpected materials like wood and recycled plastics, so if you want to turn heads this S/S, opt for something bold. Neon pinks and electric blue were also utilised for new season collections, so look outside of the usual black and tortoiseshell if you want to add a splash of colour to your look.

Celebrity Style
The latest Paris season saw a host of celebrity inspiration when it comes to star shades. Heart Evangelista’s classic Saint Laurent cat eyes will never fall out of fashion, and Jared Leto’s Givenchy shades showed that statement branding is very much back in favour. Gigi Hadid, Miranda Kerr, and Winnie Harlow all opted for retro shapes, while Pharrell Williams’ custom-designed mini diamond-encrusted Tiffany & Co. sunglasses redefined ‘statement style’.
